Terms and Conditions – Use of Services by “Travel with Jar” (English)

By requesting our services, submitting the inquiry form, or contacting us via email or other communication channels, you expressly agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

“Travel with Jar” provides travel-related research and booking assistance services, including but not limited to flight searches, hotel searches, and related travel modules. “Travel with Jar” does not operate as an airline, hotel, or transportation provider.

2. Service Fees

Upon request of our services, the following non-refundable fees become immediately due and payable in advance, either by bank transfer to the account specified below or via QR code payment:

• Flight search only (best and/or lowest available connections at the time of research):
  THB 250.–

• Flight and hotel search:
  THB 400.–

• Additional research modules:
  THB 100.– per additional module

All fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether a booking is ultimately made.

3. Presentation of Options

After completion of the requested research, available options will be sent to you by email or LINE. Prices, availability, and conditions are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until a booking is completed and confirmed.

4. Booking Options

After receiving the research results, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Self-booking
   You may book independently via our booking platform or any third-party website of your choice.
   → No additional service fees apply.

2.  Booking through Travel with Jar
   Upon your explicit request, “Travel with Jar” will handle the complete booking process on your behalf. After receiving all required traveler and booking details, the final price will be communicated to you.

3. A handling fee of THB 550.– will be charged for this booking service. This fee is payable in addition to any service or booking costs and is non-refundable.

4. Bookings will only be completed after full payment has been received. Confirmation documents (tickets, vouchers, hotel confirmations, etc.) will be delivered via email or LINE.

5. Price Changes and Third-Party Conditions

“Travel with Jar” has no control over pricing, availability, schedule changes, cancellations, or conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, or third-party booking platforms.
All bookings are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

“Travel with Jar” shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, price changes, service disruptions, or any damages arising from acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข – การใช้บริการ “Travel with Jar” (ภาษาไทย)

โดยการร้องขอใช้บริการ การกรอกแบบฟอร์ม หรือการติดต่อผ่านทางอีเมลหรือช่องทางอื่นใด ถือว่าท่านตกลงและยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

1. ขอบเขตการให้บริการ

“Travel with Jar” ให้บริการค้นหาและช่วยเหลือด้านการจองการเดินทาง เช่น ตั๋วเครื่องบิน โรงแรม และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดย “Travel with Jar” มิได้เป็นผู้ให้บริการขนส่งหรือที่พักโดยตรง

2. ค่าธรรมเนียมการให้บริการ

เมื่อท่านร้องขอใช้บริการ จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมล่วงหน้าทันที ซึ่งต้องชำระผ่านการโอนเงินไปยังบัญชีที่ระบุ หรือชำระผ่าน QR Code ดังนี้:

• ค้นหาเที่ยวบินเท่านั้น (เส้นทางที่ดีที่สุดหรือราคาต่ำสุด ณ เวลาที่ทำการค้นหา):
  250 บาท

• ค้นหาเที่ยวบินและโรงแรม:
  400 บาท

• การค้นหาเพิ่มเติมต่อหนึ่งโมดูล:
  100 บาท ต่อโมดูล

ค่าธรรมเนียมทั้งหมด ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ ไม่ว่าท่านจะทำการจองหรือไม่ก็ตาม

3. การส่งข้อมูลตัวเลือก

หลังจากดำเนินการค้นหาแล้ว ทางเราจะส่งตัวเลือกให้ท่านทางอีเมลหรือ LINE ทั้งนี้ ราคาและความพร้อมของบริการอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตลอดเวลา และยังไม่ถือว่ายืนยันจนกว่าจะมีการจองสำเร็จ

4. ทางเลือกในการจอง

หลังจากได้รับข้อมูลแล้ว ท่านสามารถเลือกได้ดังนี้:

1. จองด้วยตนเอง
   ท่านสามารถจองผ่านแพลตฟอร์มของเรา หรือเว็บไซต์ใดก็ได้ตามที่ท่านเลือก
   → ไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม

2. 2. ให้ Travel with Jar ดำเนินการจองให้
   หากท่านร้องขอให้ “Travel with Jar” ดำเนินการจองทั้งหมด ทางเราจะแจ้งราคาสุดท้ายหลังจากได้รับข้อมูลผู้เดินทางและรายละเอียดการจองครบถ้วน

3. จะมีการเรียกเก็บ ค่าดำเนินการ (Handling Fee) จำนวน 550 บาท สำหรับบริการจองดังกล่าว โดยค่าธรรมเนียมนี้เรียกเก็บเพิ่มเติมจากค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ และ ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้

4. การจองจะดำเนินการได้ต่อเมื่อได้รับชำระเงินครบถ้วนแล้วเท่านั้น และเอกสารยืนยันการจองจะถูกส่งให้ทางอีเมลหรือ LINE

5. การเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาและเงื่อนไขของบุคคลที่สาม

“Travel with Jar” ไม่มีอำนาจควบคุมราคา ตารางเวลา การยกเลิก หรือเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ของสายการบิน โรงแรม หรือแพลตฟอร์มจอง
การจองทั้งหมดอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการนั้น ๆ

6. การจำกัดความรับผิด

“Travel with Jar” ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้า การยกเลิก การเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา หรือความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการกระทำหรือการละเลยของผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สาม
